Wanted to know how many BBQ addicts I could get to answer this easy question? For the record, I love my baby backs wet and my spares dry rubbed. Here's the question how do you like your ribs served?

I usually cook at least two racks...... I always sauce one of them, as my kids prefer it..... Personally I like 'em dry
