 Post subject: Lesson #3 with Pix

As always FOLLOW THE BOOK and everything just works. These are the best ribs I have ever cooked up myself.
I did add a bit of sauce just before removing them from the WSM too add a bit of gloss to the pix but that's it.

PitMan,

Sauce is a personal preference, if you like a little sauce at the end of the cook, by all means go for it. Just don't overdo it, sauce is not the boss with quality BBQ.
